Chris and Sally wanted a small intimate wedding, celebrating with their friends and family, very natural, without too much posing. Its reassuring to camera shy brides and grooms that some of the nicest wedding photography is very informal, although once the champagne is flowing, most happy couples become more and more relaxed, as the ceremony slips into the reception.
Their choice of venue was just right. The beautiful Llanerch Vineyard situated in Hensol, not far from Llantrisant in the wonderful Vale of Glamorgan. I was born in Glamorgan so was delighted to be chosen as their photographer for the day. It’s such a lovely, light and airy place to have a wedding, lending itself perfectly to their friendly laid back choice of ceremony. We had the best fun shooting outside amongst the vineyards and grapes. A lovely chilled wedding to go with the lovely chilled wine!
