Helen and I met when she commissioned me to cover some photography at a ladies retreat she had organised some time ago at her property in Llangwm near Usk. Always on the go, with a huge buzz for life and adventure, Helen wanted me to help with images for her new retreat and her book all about the benefits and wellness associated with juicing. It seemed that colour and zest were the things to incorporate. I think we have captured the “zing” necessary.
