The lovely Willis family from Magor wanted a family shoot at Caldicot Castle. The castle and its grounds are probably the most popular choice for photography hereabouts, but it IS incredibly beautiful all year round, and there is so much space and privacy for everybody to really relax and enjoy themselves. The original intention was to have Autumn portraits, but rain made it difficult. I understand that sometimes bookings need to be flexible to get the images people really want, so even though we had to set this photo session up well into Winter, we were still fortunate enough to have plenty of Autumn colour. Gemma’s fabulous choice of coat and scarf really helped with the mood, and lively little Toby and Florence helped with bags of energy and fun!
Here is just a small selection of the photographs we got that day, and I really love the image of Ed and Gemma together. They’re such a lovely couple, and I was so pleased to be able to be able to capture these memories for them.
